Elisa Kleiman, DVM

Chief of Staff

I joined the Chico Hospital for Cats staff in January 2013. I received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in 1977 and earned my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 1982. I am currently the treating DVM for Radioactive Iodine therapy for feline hyperthyroidism and a current member of AAFP, AVMA, CVMA & NVVMA.  

My other interests include hiking, reading, doing crossword puzzles and watching movies.

My pets include: Snoopy, a miniature long hair dachshund rescued from the Butte Humane Society as well as Meme and Yuki, 2 cats adopted from Chico Hospital for Cats.
